The Matoshree Villa

This stylish villa is a wonderful combination of stunning scenery and sophistication. Just a short distance from the main hill town of Lonavala, Matoshree is a haven of peace and tranquility. At the entrance of the villa, there is a large parking space which can accommodate up to three cars. Further, as you walk along the metal railing you reach the entrance of the property, which opens onto a spacious living area.

Ground floor

The living space is large, airy and minimalistic with a sofa lounge, an azure indoor pool, and an en-suite bathroom. Along with complete privacy, this delightful indoor swimming pool is conveniently accessible and is weather proof. In addition to this there are four speakers installed in the living room. The ground floor also has one cosy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which is perfect for kids or an elderly couple. Further, there is a smart contemporary kitchen with clean granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, cooking range, cylinder, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Furthermore, a dining table that seats 8 enhances your dining experience. The ground floor also has two extra rooms which can accommodate a cook or a driver.

First floor

A granite staircase with a metal railing leads to the first floor, where there are 2 master bedrooms that can sleep 4 adults with ease. Both the bedrooms have ACs, fans, premium double beds, large wardrobes and have lots of floor space. All beds are nicely furnished for added comfort. The en-suite bathroom has modern fittings along with WC toilet and a large granite counter with modern fittings is enough.

One of the bedrooms has an attached terrace overlooking the hills for you to enjoy some family time whilst gazing at the stunning sunset.

Basement

The AC game room in the basement is perfect to spend those lazy afternoons. For some indoor fun, challenge your friends to a table tennis match or a round of carom.
